We produce for you to feel the values that make up USCA and our passion in every glass.

USCA

USCA comes from the "US" philosophy of the Klosomenaean philosopher Anaxagoras. We combined all the possibilities of technology with traditional production methods without disturbing nature and natural. In order to produce quality wines that you will enjoy in every glass we established our first winery in Kuşçular Village, which is located on the ancient wine route where now become Turkey's wine valley.

We produce approximately 45,000 bottles of wine per year with traditional production methods and Chateaux-type production techniques in our winery located in the fertile lands of Urla. Every year, we bring together ten different products and, in addition to these ten products, different harvests of current products to wine lovers.

A respect for nature and the pleasure we take in production is in every bottle.

We invite you to share this pleasure with us.

Our Wines

With 20 years of vineyards and 10 years of production experience, our young brand USCA has not compromised on its principle of "quality wine" production in this short time, and has been awarded in many organizations attended by local and foreign wine experts.

We produce 10 different wines from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Viognier, Chardonnay, Öküzgözü, Bornova Misketi and Foça Karası grapes grown in our vineyards with the principle of dedication to quality and harmony between fruit, pH, tannin and alcohol.

Inspired by William Shakespeare's sonnets, our wines are named with the number of the matching sonnet.

USCA Sonnet 5, which we produce from the precious Bornova Muscat grape belonging to the terroir of our region, and USCA Sonnet 23, which we produce from the ancient Foça Karası grape grown in these lands for 2600 years, are among our wines that turn our local grapes into excellent taste.

Urla

Wine and Urla have been mentioned together since 4000 BC. We know that wine has always been on the stage of history as a symbol of religious ceremonies and consecration, sometimes as a joyful drink of celebrations and sometimes as a healing medicine, with chalices, jugs, amphorae, coins with bunches of grapes and pictures showing kings offering drinks to the gods.

Your day will be spent by discovering the unique flavors offered to you by combining the sea, nature and the fragrant fertile lands of Urla, and tasting the wines of the region…Welcome to Urla.
